Fitting contact lenses properly takes more than picking a box off a shelf. The lens needs to match the shape and health of your eye. I fit daily disposables, monthly lenses, and specialty lenses for myopia management, then follow up to confirm the fit and vision are right before finalising your prescription.
New wearers
If you've never worn contact lenses before, this includes an introductory lesson on insertion, removal, and maintenance, a follow-up exam, and sample lenses to trial until your prescription is established.
Returning wearers
If you've worn contacts before and just need a prescription re-check, this can often be combined with your eye exam, or booked standalone if you've been tested within the last 12 months.
Myopia management & orthokeratology
Specialty fittings for myopia control soft lenses (MiSight, Abiliti) and orthokeratology are handled through a dedicated myopia management consultation, since these need axial length tracking and a suitability assessment alongside the fitting itself.
